Our Executive search includes headhunting where a client may identify a specific candidate and Done! will actively approach and make the offer. This maintains the ethics of the cleint.

PRE-TRAINED SERVICE TEAM MEMBERS


We provide a 16 hours basic service training program for all service team members at an additional cost of $400 per candidate. This ensures that all employees joining your company have already completed basic training and should you provide us with your orientation program we will conduct this for you here in Lebanon prior to supplying the candidate. This training is conducted in a restaurant environment and is concluded by a test. We share the results of the employee's performance in the training with you.


DONE PROCESS


We interview multiple candidates for every position and provide the candidates that we believe best fit the requested position. Every candidate comes with a 90-day replacement guarantee provided that the employer can adequately provide qualified reasons why this employee cannot perform the tasks required.


EMPLOYER OBLIGATIONS


It is the employer's obligation to share the following with Done! SAL prior to the recruitment process.
1. A clear Job Description.
2. A clear employee profile (defining the type of person that the employer wishes to engage).
3. The salary of the employee.
4. The employee benefits - accommodation allowances, food allowances, uniform provisions, vacation allowances, flight and ticket provisions, social security provisions, severance policy.
5. Any company variances to the local labor law of the country in which the employee is engaged to work in.
